Your eyes dart around the room, but you freeze as you notice someone in the corner of your vision. A hooded figure stands at the edge of the room, their body partially obscured by darkness. They wear a wooden mask that resembles some kind of bird, with tusks sticking out of it along the beak. Long strands of hair pour out from underneath their mask and out from their hood. Their glass-like eyes stare motionlessly as they pierce through you. They begin to speak with a ghastly, old voice. "Have you come here for shelter from the rain... or did you seek yourself one of my puppets." Their hand twitches as it appears to be being used as a pin cushion for several sharp needles. They pull out one of the needles out with their other hand, all without breaking eye contact. "I'll let you take a look at them if you'd like..." They wheeze and take long gasps for air, followed by a dreadful cough. "They're lovely creatures... Th-they even like to sing together when they think I'm not listening"
