Sean Hayford Oleary @sdho.org · Aug 21 This is from the DFL constitution - were Fateh an endorsed candidate, Davis is a candidate running against a DFL-endorsed candidate. I understand that there's nuance with RCV but I have never heard anyone say this doesn't count in an RCV jurisdiction.

If there's a city level thing that changes that, link me please. I was under the impression all party units had to follow state constitution. I actually don't like this rule, and was perfectly happy to see you support Davis. But as far as I know, rule still applies.
