Every time my upstairs neighbour showers in their ensuite, it leaks down into mine. They know this. They are being billed for the repair work for this by the building owner. They have seen the damage it is doing to my ceiling. THEY HAVE TWO SHOWERS, WHY DO THEY KEEP USING THIS ONE?!

They rented a home with an ensuite. The landlord is the problem.

Your landlord is responsible for the repair to this situation. Do you live where tenants have rights, because call whoever can help force your landlord to do the right thing.

Seems like the building owner should be figuring out why it's leaking it's not on them to use another shower.

The mentality of "you can't make me" comes to mind. And also, why doesn't the owner fix the issue with the shower?
