What that might be is a change of supplier due to them getting better white label services elsewhere and the composition is different under their new supplier.

That's a lot of changes. They remove wheat, turned the syrup upside-down instead of on its side. Added more vitamins, more fat, reduced the sugars. Why does it need 100% of vitamins in breakfast. (Be fair, who only eats 40g a day?) That is the first meal of the day. You will get the rest later.
Aye, it looks like they have decided to shove more added vitamins and minerals into them. Have they changed much in taste/appearance as a result?
