One of my favorite gain scenarios is a person playing around with a reality altering wish granter and having fun being 600 pounds or so for a day. However when they say "alright, I want to go back to a normal, average size," they realize that they should have been more specific as everyone around them starts to plump up and they stay the same. It's also cool if this only affects their gender while everyone else stays (relatively) fit
