2/ Wallet-agnostic unilateral exit: third-party wallets can now run a unilateral exit using their own signer and fee strategy, instead of leaning on Bark's bundled on-chain wallet. Bring your own wallet infrastructure and Bark gets out of the way.

3/ BIP 321 payment URI builder: Bark wallets can now pack Ark, Lightning, and on-chain destinations into a single `bitcoin:` payment request. One QR code, and the sender's wallet picks whichever rail it supports. No more juggling separate addresses.
