1/ Bark 0.4.0 is out, and receiving just got simpler. One BIP 321 payment request now covers Ark, Lightning, and on-chain: build it in one barkd call or straight from the SDK, and the payer's wallet app picks whichever rail it speaks.

2/ You can now get a fee quote for an on-chain payment before sending it. Provide a destination address and Bark reports the gross amount and exactly what will land on-chain after fees.

unified payment requests across rails is genuinely useful. curious how fallback priority is decided when a payer's wallet speaks both LN and Ark. does the payer choose or does Bark prefer one?
