Juice of 3 limes
Garlic until it feels good in your heart - I probably used 7-8 cloves
Splash of vinegar (I used pickle juice I had in the fridge)
1 bunch of cilantro
Cumin until your inner Vieja stands up and says “SI MIJA!”
Salt
Splash of OJ
3 chipotle peppers with adobo sauce (OR LESS IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT KAREN YOURE NOT DRINKING THE MARINADE)

Blend it all in a food processor or mash it in a molcajete if you have the fire of a thousand montezumas in your veins. But I recommend the food processor.
