Sekoia @sekoia.dev · Apr 23 Based off of @emilyliu.me's very nice emilyliu.me/blog/comments post, I wrote my own version using codeberg.org/mary-ext/atc... Both the HTML and CSS are *very* similar, but the total JS, unminified, is ~4kB gzipped (~19kB raw). (it's tuned to my own needs, so no SSR, just basic JS)

btw @mary.my.id, atcute is awesome. Loved working with it, suuper easy to limit it to exactly what I needed, no dependencies is great, and the types are convenient
