A recipe for two sandwich loaves. 2 cups (475ml) warm water 1 tbsp (15ml) active dry yeast 1/4 cup (60ml) honey Mix all 3, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. Will be foamy after. To the yeast mix add 3 tbsp (45ml) melted butter and 3 tsp (15ml) salt, mix Can be done by hand or with a mixer w dough attachment, add 5 cups of flour total, mixing 4 cups initially then adding the last. Cover, let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Generously butter your loaf pans. Once risen, punch down to get out the air, scrape the sides of the bowl, knead and split into half. Gently shape the dough into a rectangle/square shape, fold the sides slightly, then roll the dough together, careful to keep it tighter to avoid air bubbles. Rise in the loaf pans somewhere warm for about 30-45 minutes, or until desired height Bake at 350 f for 30 min
