Regarding the asterisks: They do not have instructions, so it's unclear what the mean. 2 are red, and 2 are grey. Even if there were instructions explaining, the difference must be communicated with more than color. They're on the right side of inputs, unlikely to be seen with magnifiers. 🧵 2/10

Thank you. Great initial example and improvements. Are tooltips for fields an option? On one hand, the field descriptions are clear. But in a long form could be cognitively wordy.
