The gif is of the classic former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi meme, "There's no point in saying good morning because it certainly is not one." But instead of "good morning" it says "happy july 4th"

Trump and Republicans in Congress rammed this bill down America's throats by this arbitrary deadline of July 4th, presumably because the more Americans find out about it, the more they hate it. But they had to kill the clean energy industry and get that tax break for their Big Oil donors and billionaire benefactors who bought-and-paid-for these politicians, otherwise they would be big mad.

Truly wild this is where we are. It really sucks, ya'll. We can't let them get away with it.
