The little orange dot with a pale cloud-like trail behind it is the glow of the exhaust from the Russian built RD-180 engines that power the first stage of Atlas. The dot disappears shortly into the video as the first stage shuts down before stage separation.
Starlink Group 10-24 late during second stage burn. The exhaust plume is very bright because it is still night at the surface, but daylight up in space where it is.
The orange dot is the hot, incandescent exhaust right at the base of the rocket's first stage shortly before BECO (Booster Engine Cut Off), with a dim exhaust plume trailing it in a conical shape.
Using 3 of its 9 Merlin engines, the booster slows down to ease atmospheric stresses as it comes down for a landing on the drone ship offshore. The rocket exhaust continues to glow for a while after it leaves the immediate vicinity of the descending booster.
