As described in the aforementioned tweet, the titular Shady (shown torso up with her grey "eye don't know" hoodie with her brown hair over one of her large eyes) has one of her tan arms outstretched, the sleeve rolled up to show the large, bloody bites taken out of it. Her other hand is on her smiling face, showing her being unbothered by this.
