Guess 1: Flecainide (why though?) Guess 2: Amiodarone for AFL, slowed down & device is now tracking 1:1 (A reach, but looks similar to recent clinic scenario where it slowed the flutter waves to 120s, patient symptomatic w/ 1:1 tracking, had to get creative w/ programming while meds were adjusted)
