Use the IDEAS cloud platform to process and analyze your Bruker 2P data at scale. Use suite2p to go from raw calcium imaging movies to individual neurons (left) and neural activity (middle). Leverage a collection of available downstream analysis tools on IDEAS to analyze extracted neural circuit data in combination with behavior and experimental variables (e.g. peri-event analysis, right).
