I´d say the "full threat" is narcissistic tech oligarchs that are _also_ a variety of fascist and work together with various kinds of other fascists. I'm sure everyone has seen e.g. Bannon and Musk's Hitler's salute, seen how they all meet at CPAC. Don´t be too strict with the definition of fascism.
