I hate when the big companies with all the resources get this stuff wrong
Yeah, I've seen a definite trend to having active buttons that are greyed to the point they look inactive and hard to read. Like you're supposed to guess whether a button will work or not. (Not that I'd buy an Apple product but that's beside the point. Hopefully switching 100% Linux next month.)
The words "class action" come to mind
