I used to have similar problems. For me, the issue was that once something else was higher priority, the software's performance suffered. Have you tried increasing the Process Priority? It can be found here in Warudo.

I tried it on highest process priority and on lowest, same result. In the video, it was on higher GPU priority and high application priority, and was running as an admin.
