By far my favorite character was Runa Blask, one of your advisors at the Den. Runa is a dyed-in-the-wool Separatist partisan, forced out by internal politicking. She talks like the Star Wars version of a Communist kicked out of the party for being too annoying. She's constantly sniping at you for your Republic sympathies, each interaction an opening for a lecture about their expansionist, imperialist ways. In one scene, she straight up told Hawks that her time with the Separatists made up the best days of her life, and Zero Company was a huge downgrade. She's awful. I love her.

that was the stupidest fucking movie i have ever seen. stupidest concept of all time and just as stupid of an execution. we watched it on VHS and i thought there was a problem with the VHS itself because it showed them driving away, then the screen went black, then went all blue with “no signal” lo and behold, that was just the end of the fucking movie the whole movie, there’s just a bunch of birds attacking them, killing random people who weren’t even relevant or ever mentioned again, then the main perpetrators just drive away? super fucking cool movie. makes total sense. and what the hell did the birds even have to do with anything? was it ever explained? no, it wasn’t. and don’t forget the quote at the beginning of the movie, alfred hitchcock himself says that it’s the most terrifying motion picture he’s ever made. bullshit. a bunch of birds scratched the shit out of a few people, and then the main ones they were after just drove away unscathed. they’re out in some rural town, and nobody has a gun?? SCREW YOU ALFRED HITCHCOCK!!! DUMB NAME AND A DUMB FUCKING MOVIE!!! i got so bored and annoyed during this movie, it had me on the opposite of the edge of my seat. i was curled up with my phone rolling my eyes and hoping to God they would pick up the pace soon. had to force myself to watch it all the way through. to be fair, i was warned it was boring, but i didn’t know it would be THIS bad. there is no reason for anyone to watch this movie. other than to be bored to death and completely unimpressed. what sucks even more is that even

In early 2017, they left Telltale to take jobs at the San Francisco office of the French video-game giant Ubisoft, where they were tapped to work on a new project that until now has remained a secret. Herman and his team were developing a new entry in the beloved stealth-action Splinter Cell franchise, he told me. “I was so excited to be a part of this and help revitalize it, because it’s been dormant for a while,” Herman said. “And we thought we could tell a great story and do something the fans would love.” They worked on the project for a few months before they got disrupted by executive whims. Ubisoft was at the time growing obsessed with games as a service (GAAS), or games that can be monetized for months or years after they are released, and the company began pressuring all of its projects to follow that route. “We tried,” said Herman. “Let’s make a narrative GAAS game. We were trying to make that make sense, and a lot of cool prototypes were made.”
