A yellow Minneapolis permit card for 2736-2750 Nicollet Ave. It's stamped with WRECKING and scribbled over in a really unusual fashion. On further research, it looks like this is for 2748-50 Nicollet and it was wrecked and the plot incorporated into 2736-50 Nicollet Ave in 1955.
