Today I release new GPU Particle Volumes system and the GPU Snow Particle shaders for it! This snow shader can render hundreds of thousands of particles at the same time even on a weak GPU. It also supports VRC Light Volumes. Get it on my Booth or Patreon! redsim.booth.pm/items/7733242

Fun map! Very accurate blizzard conditions

Very seasonal!

As an example, here's a VRC world with 10 000 000 particles rendered at the same time, which is still an overkill, but I think it's can be nice benchmark for your PC :D I still have like 345 FPS here on my RTX4090, but tell me how much you'll have: vrchat.com/home/launch?...

I'm honestly very impressed by this! It's very rare to see such good looking snow particles that fall convincingly I feel~

Very impressive! How did you allow it to render so many on weak hardware? Is it some volumetric trickery?

This looks fantastic!

Sadly I do not have a use for snow at the moment, but I would love to see it use for something else before I make my purchase Can this be used for fog ? Rain ? Leaves from a tree ? Can you control the fall speed and direction on it ? Is it Quest compatible if I set it in my world ?
