Alice Weidl is not head of state of Germany (and hopefully never will be). She is an ally of Putin. Sanae Takaichi, on the other hand, while conservative, is pro US and pro-Taiwanese. Meloni has tried to play both sides. Not much of an axis - different political goals and outlooks.
