A small production potter stuck in Ohio 🫠

Red distorted ceramic mug with an intentional twist in the clay body.
Dark red, orange, black, and brown ceramic mug. Minor bloating due to the firing having an extended hold 🫠

Two distorted / pinched ceramic mugs, the same clay but fired to two different bisque fire temperatures (04 vs 05). The hotter 04 brings the manganese speck out more which shows in the clay and glaze. I just happened to re-use the same programming from my last Cone6 fire which had a long hold on it that caused minor bloating in the Cone04 pieces, oops ðŸ«
