At least one guy according to Google: Thief: The Black Parade was developed by a team of veteran community creators and immersive-sim developers operating under the moniker Feuillade Industries. The lead designer and project director is Robin "skacky" Bialogreckis, with additional key development contributions from notable fan-mission creators and former developers (including original Thief designer Daniel Thron).
