ADHD for me means Slack notifications that never get looked at because they scary the shit out of me

On a separate note I concur with the ‘leaving unread because scary’ thing. You don’t want to read it immediately because if it involves an action item you’d have to do it immediately too, or else the work to ensure it goes into some backlog of tasks, otherwise it will be instantly forgotten.
No unread notifications on this one I notice though 😅
