Bassam Ismail @skippednote.dev · May 4 I’m trying to catalogue place (indoors and out in nature) to work from. I’d be travelling with a small tent and a portable chair. Sadly most of the cafés here haven’t been work friendly and the food is usually overpriced and subpar.

I haven't been going out lately due to IBS troubles, so posting something from a few weeks back. We hosted our monthly team meetup at Olive Garden as photos and reviews seemed decent. To my dismay, everything besides the spaghetti was either below par or didn't taste like it was supposed to & 💲💲💲
Cafés make money on quick turnover. People sitting for long hours is not a sustainable business model. You ordering a lot of food over 3 hours is not very healthy for you. I would instead prefer a place with a membership fee that would offer me a seat, hygienic/healthy lunch and snacks.
