You can name it anything you like, for our feed example here, we're doing on on the subject of Health. Figure out a title to call this column and then you'll click on "Add Source".

In this next menu, which is for your source, there's two drop-down submenus. The top one you should select "Custom feed" and the bottom drop-menu lets you go through your list of currently pinned feeds and select one. We chose Public Health as an example.
