Blue, pod-like lights hang from the ceiling, giving the room an atmospheric glow. The walls of the room are a smooth light tan, and lined with arched doors on either side. Some of the doors are on ground level, while the others lead out to balconies. The balconies on the right side are decorated with plants, chairs, and dividers, indicating that they belong to apartments. The center of the room draws attention. Stairs go down to a lower, oval-shaped area leading to a doorway. There is a large blue tapestry with the Telvanni emblem on the wall above the door, along with ivy and other plants. There are assorted plants around the area, including mushrooms, multicolored flowers, and fern-like plants. There are various rugs and tapestries decorating the area as well. A few Ordinators and citizens can be seen in the room.
