Whenever I try to nap or sleep, im always sensitive to anything on my body regarding hairs and fibers creating various itches i scratch them usually because they're usually bothersome and annoying, but go away randomly sometimes but once in a while i'll ignore a specific itch that not doesn't go away, but it goes from a ticklish feeling like it's something actively poking me not a sharp object painful poke like a needle, but more like a dull wooden pencil if someone where to try to annoy me back in elementary school or something but what startles me is that the itch goes from a hair or fiber tickling me to that poking feeling almost instantly afterwards and it jolts me up and forces me scratch it immediately its hyper annoying but so non specific and random that i cant tell what causes it
