Mind you, in the credits of the game, they have a special thanks which credits @jannisx11.bsky.social for creating Blockbench. Why shouldn't they give special thanks to community projects? HOWEVER, then comes to issue of miscrediting. It might have been easier way back when the game was smaller.

Then comes the issue with, "X idea has been done to death, who was the original creator?" While it would be amazing, in practice might not be practical. It's similar to the redstone community and crediting who was the original creator.
