Deadpool, with mask on but no suit. he is wearing a Jessica Rabbit dress from the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit. The dress is a floor-length slim gown with a slit up the left leg, which he has tipped out to the side to show off his bare leg and red high heel pumps. The strapless cups of the dress have been filled with comically large, clear water balloons, through which Deadpool's bare chest is visible. He is cupping the water balloons to hold them in place, as they are clearly too large for the dress. There is the suggestion of a stage behind him and a spotlight shining down. The background is grey and the spotlight is creamy yellow.
