it says staff only because if you are not staff and you take it to the top floor, it may become a liminal backrooms esque experience in which you enter a hallway from a different decade, joined by two giggling animals who seem to disappear into the night the moment you turn away, immediately losing sight of the way back and having to locate spirit guides that somehow lead you back to the lobby and safely to your floor… i fear when i enter the hotel room there will be a dog and cheetah much like the ones i knew before, but not quite the same now…….
