Rich ppl pay themselves by loans because they would rather pay loan interest than tax into the treasury, they really hate regular Americans who are burdened with supporting our infrastructure-human and otherwise.
Yes, let's fix that! TAX THE RICH the same way President Eisenhower did in the 1950s. We don't need to do anything new. Just go back to the way it was when Ike was building the national roadways that we all still drive on. Collect taxes & spend the money on things people want & need ... not on war!
Let's do that ASAP
