What do you think about SGX usage on the relayer level to enforce verifiable ordering policies, such as what PROF is doing? If a relay solely follows predefined and verifiable policies then the current issues about trust assumptions might not be as relevant anymore, especially in the context of a neutral non-vertically integrated relay
