yeahh... the Tetris bag system exists for the same reason that the Spotify shuffle feature isn't truly random... True randomness sucks in the long term
okay well that was a lot easier to implement than i expected. right now it's just a 9-bag (assuming you're playing with 3 colors) but maybe later i'll add support for bags with duplicates
