Another Christmas, another threat of annexing #Greenland.. This time around we cannot simply hold our breath and wait for the US to focus elsewhere. Greenland decides the future of their own country, and the Danish Foreign Office has a duty to do what they must to protect and honour that right🇬🇱🇩🇰

In a statement, the PMs of Greenland and Denmark said: “We have said it clearly before. We will say it again now. National borders and state sovereignty is protected under international law. They are fundamental principles. You cannot annex another country.“ But can we still be sure about that?
