We just got the change where channel video pages now use the same grid sizing as Home and Subscriptions (3 videos at 1080p), but we can extend Control Panel for YouTube's "Grid items per row" feature to also work here:

We also had some WIP on a "Full-width channel pages" feature which would now be useful to combine this with:
