The video shows a reenactment of a real story told about article 8 of the Human Rights Act in the UK, about parents with learning disabilities raising their child and being forced to be recorded 24/7, the act stopped this and turned the cameras off at night for their privacy. The act can also stop families, including refugee families from being moved across the UK. As this can be extremely damaging to anyone let alone the most vulnerable.
