Attached to a chartreuse cotton rope is two socks, one filled with brown rice and the other to protect the ‘rice sock’. The whole contraption comes out to just under a pound of weight, which does not hurt as much as one would think when getting smacked at full force across the face/head/chest/back/calves/thighs, so a great place to start practicing!
