When the rock lands on the platform, the pirate rides a boat to it and then another platform rises and you try again. Usually there is a chest in the middle that you can collect as coins. This has been replaced with a heart for Valentine’s Day. The heart breaks and falls back into the sea when it is missed.

Video of gameplay for Skippity Rock. There is a pirate on a tall grassy platform. When the player presses the screen, it builds strength. When the player releases, the rock is thrown by the pirate at the desired strength. Because th correct strength was used, the rock hits the next platform and the pirate boats to it to try again with another randomly generated platform.
