@everyone You probably saw this coming with the lack of updates since launch, but I'm planning to sunset 15.dev indefinitely so I can focus on Artist Alley. I started 15.ai back in 2019 when generative AI was a fun, cool, hip new thing that no one had seen before, and as a fresh college graduate, I thought it would be really funny to take cutting-edge voice AI research and apply it to something as silly as TF2 and MLP. Since then, generative AI has come such long way to the point where I don't recognize it anymore as the same quirky little thing. Though I'll always be in love with the technical details behind the latest breakthroughs in the field, the fact that the technology's been getting squeezed to death for profit by corporations kinda killed my passion for a lot of it (not to mention constantly getting asked when TF2 voices will be back in random unrelated tweets gets really annoying very quickly). 15.ai/15.dev has always cost me thousands of dollars of my own money every single month to just keep up, but I could definitely use that money to do great things for Artist Alley, and it's just not physically possible for me to hold my attention on both projects simultaneously. I think it's about time I shift my focus entirely on something that I genuinely find exciting, something that isn't just for fun and can really help people around the world. It was fun bringing these voices to the forefront of AI research, hope you all understand!
