This is the story of the three senior cats that came before Sally. I've told this story in a different form on BlueSky long ago, but it bears retelling. Angel came in 2018. 2019 brought Lani and Mr. Moe followed in 2020. All have since passed on but remain forever part of us. #sallycat #seniorcats

Angel's story is a story of love, redemption and just plain luck. Working as a vet tech at the local humane society my then partner happened upon a team feverishly working on a cat that had been surrendered to the shelter. Angel the cat was in bad shape and seriously neglected.
