The NDHQ Carling in Ottawa. An aerial photo of the campus amongst greenspace. It’s a collection of connected buildings, formerly the HQ of Nortel Networks until they went bankrupt. Now it’s used by national defence. It was allegedly full of bugs and wires from international industrial espionage that helped kill Nortel, but DND said they didn’t find any… The building’s surrounding greenspace is full of Canada Geese nests. They aggressively attack anyone nearby. I wish I was making this up. Ottawa has backrooms full of ‘90s-era Chinese surveillance tech, surrounded by cobra chickens. The RPG setting writes itself.
