The only thing keeping me from saying yes, is that the center leaf doesn't seem to have a well defined stem ("neck" below) separating it from the other two leaves
馃尡Though you didn't specify location, if West of the US Great Plains possibly Rhus trilobata - Three-leaf or Skunkbush Sumac; if Eastward, possibly Rhus fragrans - Fragrant Sumac. Anacardiaceae - so both in the same family as Toxicodendron, which was formerly included in Rhus.馃槂

It doesn't look at all like it. In Oregon it is everywhere on the west side. I would ride my horse thru the forest and have poison oak all over my legs.
In any case, I would remove it!
poison ivy. Poison oak has lobed leaves. Poison ivy has pointed indented leaves when young. As it ages the leaves vary from indented points to smoot leaf edges. Poison ivy leaves are in a pattern of three leaves to a stem.
