Not only do toads eat pests, their skin contains neat antimicrobial peptides that help protect them while they hang out in the dirt. 🌱🦋🍎🥽👩🔬🧪🐸🧬

I love toads. A few years ago I got to see dozens of them emerge from an old swimming pool. It was amazing to watch.
Made a rockpile for these friendly Fence guys and their Alligator pals, and never saw another black widow.
I have lots of dragonflies. Beautiful little mosquito eaters
