Social Sciences Researcher (PhD) - passionate about critical sense-making. My life-long research inquiry has been shaped by the human, meaning-making epistemologies found in continental philosophy: specifically phenomenological hermeneutics.

LIBERALS: • Build 500K homes/year • Create a public homebuilder • Support prefab/green tech • Convert empty buildings into rentals Goal: lots of supply, built fast and sustainably. ⸻ CONSERVATIVES: • Force cities to build or lose federal $$ • Sell off federal buildings for housing • Slash red tape to speed up builds Goal: more market housing, less bureaucracy. ⸻ NDP: • 500K+ affordable homes • Rent-controlled units on public land • Stop renovictions & unfair rent hikes Goal: protect renters + expand deeply affordable housing.
