How would that work? You need both players to bring their ps5s to scissor while they don't play burnout revenge for the ps2 (because the ps5 doesn't have any games)

I think people are just brand loyalist. They aren’t using ps because it’s good but because they used to like it. Consoles at this point are just pcs with arbitrary limitations. Oh well, they'll keep lowering the bar till people stop bending over backwards for it… seems to be the trend these days 🫤

It’s possible this is referring to online spilt screen, and not solely local split screen assuming 4 player co-op is possible
I’ve never ever bought into PS Plus, and I’m definitely not about to start now. Why is this a thing.

Don't worry, Stephen, all you need is a friend who owns a PS5, pays for the online service, and likely owns the game already and then... erm... well... actually, at that point, you'd be better off playing online or some sort of LAN party. Steam wins again by doing absolutely nothing

this is slightly different but still scummy because usually ps plus subscriptions are shared on the Playstation between all users that last part clarifies that if you and your friend both want to play online thats what you need the ps plus subcriptions for

This is making me wish even more that Campaign Evolved (or just Master Chief Collection, I’ll take Master Chief Collection, hell I might *prefer* just that) were coming to Switch 2. I have NSO! I have an NSO family! We’re covered on that platform! 💀
