I saw it and I have some feedback: put the cost! I know this isn’t generally done in the US, but it is in parts of Europe, and I love it. It gives clients an idea of what this might cost in case they’re thinking of it for themselves.

The only issue is forward looking cost is an opinion always, so how do you control quality and definition Toronto building permits have a cost item, I promise you it is horseshit 98% of the time.

Haha. Yeah I meant that for X and it took a bit to realize that nope, posted it here. I am still having that budget debate. It was in my initial list to put in as ranges.
