Me realizing Apple raised prices on HomePod but not Watch, even though they use the same chip And same with Apple TV. Uses an iPhone chip and has less storage 🤔

Maybe it’s an indication of the markup differences on the different items as well…
I assume they’re just waiting for new editions, same as the phones. If the rumors of imminent new HomePods are accurate perhaps it’s sales steering - they looked at the existing stock of the current model and figured slowing sales in advance of the new edition worked well.
